Can't really see the mustache in the pic, but you are right. It's not in his genes. Not even Charles or Odysseus could grow a mustache. >.>
I didn't believe it was Lulu when I first saw the animation. The little gif that is running around is disproven just by the fact the outfits are not the same if you compare it and the screencap there. And the guy ain't wearing a white mask. The camera never runs past his face, anyway. Etc etc etc.
