2. What kind of situation would force him to break the Geass with his will? He's already given into his "punishment" to live as Zero for perhaps eternity. I don't think he'd break it in order to kill himself (seeing as the order is to "live"). And he's going to have a jolly ol' time trying to find someone trustworthy enough to take up that role.
3. I don't know. There's always someone eccentric enough to do things like that. And then they'll post it on the World Wide Web (or the Geass world equivalent) and people will discuss conspiracy theories forever. Or at least that's what I think might happen.
4. I LIKE HOMOLUST, DON'T WORRY. Zerozaku would definitely stop them from doing anything drastic. That's an awesome image of him holding the crowd back with his pink sword.
If he's buried next to Suzaku's grave, they're both going to be desecrated really badly. I think the others would be more subtle about that.
