1. The people who knew Lelouch was Zero would have probably put the two togehter- Cornelia and a few others also seem like they understood. Tamaki won't though. He fails too much xD
2. Suzaku will give it to his son/daughter kinda like the whole Syaoran thing in TRC? xD
3. Everyone wanted him dead, so I don't think any investigation or anything would have taken place.
4. I think Nunnally would build a private little memorial site/grave thing in some beautiful garden somewhere.
