Whether it's canon, implied, or just plain crack, what do YOU believe concerning the series? That no one will ever be able to convince you otherwise?

*Spoilers for the entire series!*

#1 I believe that Xingke is ALIVE!!!
#2 I believe that Lelouch is ALIVE and IMMORTAL (took Charles's code) and living with C.C. who is immortal as well
#3 I believe that Lelouch grants C.C. her wish of being loved, makes her smile all the time, and calls her by her real name =)
#4 I believe that Zerozaku is not living in agony and sadness all the time (as he atones for his sins and bears the burden of being Zero), I believe that he can find bits of happiness here and there
#5 I believe that Gino x Kallen = CANON!
#6 I believe Guilford isn't blind (otherwise why would they let him run around with a gun??)

Going back to Season 1...
#7 I believe that Suzaku and Euphemia began a sexual relationship between Stage 17 and 22 =))))

Edited to add!!!
#8 I believe that (in addition to the obvious ones--Suzaku, C.C., Nunnally, Kallen, Orange, Lloyd, Cecile, Sayoko, Nina, Rakshata) Todo, Xingke, Ougi, Milly, Rivalz, Cornelia, Kaguya and Tamaki know the truth about what Lelouch did in the end and respect & appreciate him for it =)

#9 And I know that there are people who think that if Lelouch is alive and immortal (and spending his days with C.C. instead of alone), that he's not atoning for his sins, but I believe that his atonement is that he can't be with Nunnally anymore, and can't be a part of the peaceful world that his "death" helped create =( and can't live on Jupiter with Rolo, Euphie, Clovis and Shirley

Post yours!

Basically, the only thing I really believe at this point is that this isn't really the end.

Hasn't anyone else notice that, when a series, is really, really, big in Japan, they like to end it with a movie, the last episode of the series being fairly ambiguous in at least some ways (as I predicted Geass' would be) to leave room for more story afterwords? Think Fullmetal Alchemist, Neon Genesis Evangelion, and Gundam Wing - I'm sure they've done it with others series, but those are the ones that come to mind, not to mention several Shonen Jump series.

Personally, I'm going to be more surprised if Geass doesn't get a movie, or at least a follow-up OVA series. It's absolutely huge in Japan (in case no one's noticed), and just based on what I've observed with other series, I really can't see this being the end.

Unless the director, or anyone else, has said that this is, in fact THE END, but even then I've got my doubts, really.

#1 I believe Xingke died because of his sickness. He died happily because his precious Loli is not threatened by the world anymore.

#2 I also believe that Lelouch is alive and an immortal. He will live forever together with C.C.

#3 I believe C.C.'s true wish is to be loved and Lelouch is the one who grants it. They'll be a loving couple forever.

#4 I beleive Suzaku will carry the burden of being Zero till his death. I don't know he'll be happy with that.

#5 I believe that Gino x Kallen = CANON!

#6 I believe Guilford isn't blind. His eyes might have been damage due to Freya.

Going back to Season 1...
#7 I believe that Suzaku and Euphemia are never a good couple.

I think it WAS a punishment for Suzaku, but that it's still a good-ish ending for him because he's all masochistic craving punishment like that...

And you're probably right about the rest too. ^^

I firmly believe that Mao was Tianzi's older brother, and that Xingke was his childhood friend/bodyguard. And nobody will convince me otherwise, because we don't know jack squat about Mao's past. Or Xingke's for that matter.

Well I thought it was meant to be a punishment for him, but I don't see it as an actual punishment for him. As in, aside from the killing of his own friend (which I see as a parallel to the killing of his father) I don't see him suffering the role of Zero. Because he has a reason to live on as Zero this time, where as he had no reason to live as Kururugi Suzaku when he killed his father.

He has Nunally, he has Lelouch (who is living through him,) he has the power and position to maintain world peace (which was what he was after as a knight.) No it's not easy, but I don't see it as a suffering. I think living as Zero is probably easier for him than living as Kururugi Suzaku, the death of Suzaku is probably a blessing to him than a burden. And the burden of Zero, though heavy, is probably a burden that he had always wanted. So I don't see it much as burden rather as a responsibility that he's always been trying to have.

Sorry for the tangent and circular argument. This is what I believe XD

1. I REALLY want to believe Xingke is alive. Now that they aren't spending all their money on weapons, they can pay for some medical treatment.

2. I believe Lelouch is dead. And I WANT to believe that, because I think it is the best ending for the series and him.

3. If, by some fluke, he is alive-I want it to be unintentional (as said by someone above).

4. If he's alive, I want Suzaku to find out and for them to commiserate every so often.

5. GuilfordxCornelia. 'Nough said.

6. I totally believe Suzaku and Lelouch had time for a wild night before they concluded Zero Requiem, and that it would have been very angry and spiteful (leaving their feelings clearer for their ending scene which was pretty sweet).

7. I believe C.C. is no longer immortal, somehow. Just because I think that would make her happiest. (Could Jeramiah cancel her Code like he can cancel Geass?)

8. I believe that the producers haven't even decided most of the canon past the end, and have left it all to the fans.

I believe Orange CONTINUES TO FIGHT.
I believe Lelouch and Euphie are throwing tea parties on Jupiter.
I believe Nina was brutally murdered by table-kun (crime of passion).
I believe Jewgi's son followed in Suzaku's footsteps and killed the Prime Minister of Japan.

I'm totally serious, btw.

• I believe that Lelouch is alive, immortal, and fulfilling C.C.'s true wish.
• I believe that they're walking the earth, hopping from town to town, never staying in the same place--looking out after the people as their eternal, silent guardians. But occasionally they stop by Orange's farm to help out and pick up oranges to sell during their travels. (Pizza & Witch ending, FTW)
• I also believe that their life won't be an easy one, and they'll encounter many troubles along the way. Because being immortal sucks and not being able to meet your loved ones again is painful. But I'd also like to think they sneak in from time to time to check how they're doing from afar.

• I believe that Suzaku will be able to find bits of happiness despite the responsibility of the Zero mask. I believe that, in private, with Nunnally and perhaps maybe Gino and Kallen, he can remove the mask and just be Suzaku Kururugi once more.
• I believe that Nunnally will grow up to be a wise and beautiful Empress and keeps good ties with her friends, Prime Minister Kaguya and Tianzi. I also believe she still celebrates Lelouch's birthday every year with just Suzaku and a few close friends.
• I believe that Kallen will move on and find happiness with another man. I say with Gino. 'Cause honestly? I think they're kind of cute.
• I believe that all of the Black Knights, Tianzi, Xingke, Milly, and Rivalz, now understand, respect, and are grateful towards Lelouch and regret their doubt of him.
• I believe that Sayoko lives on Orange's ranch and she, Orange, and Anya make a beautifully epic family. I believe that their chivalry shall be passed down throughout the generations, and their family will be Lelouch and C.C.'s secretkeepers, protecting the secret of their immortality till the end of time. <--I don't care if this one is kind of crack! I can see it!

• I believe that, perhaps in a couple hundred years or so, Lelouch will officially marry C.C. >____> -shot for being too shippery- Hey, that band aid thing during the moe!C.C. arc made me curious

I believe that Code Geass was an epic experience that will never be duplicated within my lifetime.

I believe Jewgi's son followed in Suzaku's footsteps and killed the Prime Minister of Japan.

And then he was thrown in jail where he wasted away, and Viletta died of despair. Or just plain died, idc.

6. I don't think Guilford is blind.
YES. Like in the sound episode drama (Hangyaku Gakuen - Geass Sensei), Cornelia whips out a pair of sunglasses to stop Lulu Geassing her. 8D And if he can run outside with a gun and not trip and kill himself, he's obviously able to see.
