Well, at this point, Suzaku is still stuck in the illusion that he is a good guy and Lelouch's methods are wrong. But no, he won't rat out Lelouch, because Lelouch did promise him that he would stop being Zero...and he managed to buy some time for himself in order to do that.
Well...about Euphinator, you'll just have to see...however, I'll just say that the Euphinator plot resurfaces in R2 with some interesting twists...
