where can you see that video ._.? (I like gundam seed very much even though not much in the fandom ^^U)

I watch it on nicovideo (http://nicovideo.jp), even though I think you can find them fairly easy in youtube ;DD.
It depends on your choice of keyword, but I'M SURE YOU'LL FIND LOTS OF HILARIOUS HELL.
