It's a bit old, so I'm not sure if anyone still wants to know, but here's the "Virgin Lelouch" part of Continue 42...
(D.T. stands for doutei 「童貞」, basically "virgin")

=============

Physical activity expands energy; cultural activities conserve it. Since that energy is used in delusional thoughts, creative things are born. *

Surely Lelouch's rebellion was a karma that confined him to remaining a virgin*. Even though he was surrounded by nice bodies and cute heroines (C.C., Karen, Kagura, Viletta..), instead of turning his eyes to them, the passion that is characteristic of 17-18 year-old youths was instead spent on his rebellion.

Just as he was called an "overthinking virgin boy" (「頭でっかちの童貞坊や」, courtesy of C.C. in Stage 13, IIRC), he (probably) persisted in it unwaveringly. His unending energy source for the rebellion came from his D.T. life.

Whilst it is a pity, he probably met Zero Requiem in that manner. Was he perhaps the first D.T. Emperor of Britain (at any rate, it is said that Emperor Charles D. Britannia had 108 wives). Emperor Lelouch may have conquered the world, but until the end, he was never able to conquer a woman.

By all means, as an honourable virgin, he will still be a hero talked about through the ages hereafter. *

Evidence for Lelouch's D.T. status

1. (You) wanted to say this line at least once!? A completely cliched (pick-up-line)
Having been betrayed by Nunnually (Turn 7), he turned to Karen and deliberately intoned "Comfort me. Since you're a woman, that's something you can do, right?" Probably, having read this somewhere, he thought that he should try them. Is that not something a virgin would do, a pattern of someone who always follows his (big) head? A character who is used to women would not have said such a line - he would probably have just moved in on her. (笑)

2. Not understanding the subtleties of youthful love, unthinkingly asking Shirley!?
The secretly disturbed Zero (Lelouch) who found out about the ostensible romantic feelings between the Chinese Federations Xing-ke and Tianxi: whilst lost on what to do, Lelouch received an unexpected call and advice from Ashford Academy's love master, Shirley. Shirley's answer was that "Love is power!". In his second-hand retelling, this became his "thoughts are a power strong enough to change the world" speech to Xingke...

3. He diligently fulfilled those dates seriously, but leaves only the impression of ackwardness
Sayoko, acting as Lelouch's double, set up a mountain of dates with the girls of the Academy. Although Lelouch voiced his complaints to Sayoko, he conscienciously went on all of them. On top of that, he did it without become closer with any of them! just as one would expect from a virgin. With the rebellion to consider, time for dates might be pointless. Even though, since all those dates were set up, it would have been better to spread his wings (in this case). The world cries at just how bad he is with women.

the * marks places where I left things out, or changed the translation a lot to make it sound and flow better.

============

Personally, I don't really find their explanation for #2 funny (though the situation certainly was), but #1 and #3 were rather amusing...

p.s. the question of how Fukuyama Jun and Koshimizu Ami acted out the kiss scene in Turn 22 was brough up in LuluKuru station 25. (The first things Koshimizu-san says is, I think, something about poison...but shortly after) Koshimizu-san mentioned to Taniguchi-sensei that, until then, she had thought that Karen didn't really love Lelouch. His reply was that to think that Karen's thoughts after the kiss were "ah, so I did actually love him after all..." As for FukuJun, "I was thinking about something different at that time. That Lelouch, kissed so many people - C.C., Karen, Shirley - but he never actively kissed them. He was always on the receiving end! What an enviable guy!" XD

And bonus: the ending conversation of the 4th R2 picture drama.

(C) I will return to the Ikaruga. There are other preparations that need to be made after all.
(L) Wait, C.C.
(C) What is it?
(L) Once this battle (lit. the Chinese battle) is over, I will take it all back as soon as possible - Nunnally, Japan and Ashford Academy.
(C) Eh?
(L) And after that, so far as you want to be, you can be a student. A turn-around party, exam study, club activities too, just what you want to do.
(C) Then, I'll be the president of the pizza club, with you as the vice-president. (winks)
(L) And why would you be the superior? Furthermore, there's no such thing as the pizza club.
(C) It's a club where I'll be eating pizza.
(L) As if that kind of club activity will be allowed. Clubs have to have something cultural...
(C) We'll be eating pizza in a cultural way, see?
(L) And how would that be?
(C) It's not something that can be done easily, so we'll be doing it specially as a club activity, right?
(L) (That's just) sophism.
(C) hoiya...to be told that by someone like you...
(L) oh, shut it, mine is not sophistry.
(C) Playing with words, are you? Or are you a swindler?
(L) That's not it. You, as well, deciding (something) by age...

I am such a loser.
Throughout the entire article I was thinking, "Well, yeah, that's Lelouch with women, but what about the male gender? I mean, Suzaku and Rolo, at least..."

Lelouch is a perfect gentleman.

It's just too bad he probably had his mind on other things(REBELLION REBELLION). Still, Virgin Lelouch doesn't necessarily = no feelings for all his girls. I'm pretty sure he especially had soft spots for Shirley, Kallen and C2 - all three in different ways.
And Suzaku, of course xD

Thank you for the translation!

I partly agree. It's quite in a bad taste (not so much but to choose this topic is just..too weird and um..kind of inappropriate..) However, I do find it funny and I like it :P Quite a similar feeling when I'm fed with fan services. While I don't like the whole idea, I sometimes enjoy them as well.

I was further pissed when C.C. didn't exist within "Lelouch's ideal world," I could understand, but then what is why is C.C. even there for, you know? I'm just confused as to why they left her off so... pointless...
