I'm sure everyone's familiar with the first fanbook that had a similar cover of Lelouch and Suzaku.

Apparently (http://kanameclan.blog120.fc2.com/#entry906) this book has an odd story where Taniguchi (lolwut) tells Rolo he's bleeding from his finger, but Rolo says it's fine now because niisan cured him. Milly asks how and Rolo replies he did it with his mouth.
