Code Geass will be streamed both subbed and dubbed on YouTube. Currently, the first 5 episodes are up. They can be found at the BandaiEntertainment channel.

Apparently. The main page channel page says they can't show me the video due to "age or location restrictions". And if Canada can't get it, assuming no one else will either.

Though it looks like I can watch their commercial/trailer uploads just fine. Oh Bandai.

You're right.... I tried using a Japanese proxy server and it said that it's not available for viewing in your country. Wow, sucky...

Yeah. I would imagine the purpose of streaming is to make it available for those outside the U.S. so they don't rely on fansubs but there's no point if they're gonna block people outside the U.S.! .~_~

I sent them a message about that. No idea if they'll reply or do anything though.

I think the idea that Bandai has is pretty nice, but as much as I hate to admit it, the subs on youtube suck. Crunchyroll is clearly advantageous in this aspect, but I applaud Bandai for choosing someplace that doesn't charge money for HQ episodes.

I just wish they'd maybe put these on Hulu or something instead, but in terms of first steps, this one isn't too bad ^^
