Basically a special edition thing. From what I read, I could be wrong, that it's a box set with episodes 1-25. It comes with the ED song and some some event that happened at the FES'08.

lafjfalj--is this something extra? Or maybe it will be like Black Rebellion or the DVD Magazines they had during the first season? I hope it's the first..but I liked watching the DVD Magazines, so I wouldn't mind if it's something like that.

It says it's a special box set Blu-ray and DVD release that includes all episodes of R2, from Turn 1 through Turn 25. The limited first edition will include a DVD of the GOGO5! FES'08 Event, a booklet that summarizes the series, postcards that use the new ending illustrations, and a box to hold everything.

Actually, is there a running time or price given for the set? Maybe I just read it wrong and it's supposed to mean that it has a summary of all episode from 1 through 25, instead of actually having all episodes. I just realized that it sounds pretty ridiculous to have everything.

From what I understand from Sunrise...it's more likely to be a condensed version of the R2 series.

And if they carry the tradition of the Gundam SEED series...there *may* be new footage. But I wouldn't cross your fingers about them bringing Lelouch back from life. Most new footage don't make drastic changes to the plot.
