A question about a location

I'm trying to do a Code Geass fansub in my language. I kinda need your help right now.

In Code Geass R2 episode 10, the battle between the Black Knight and Chinese Federation took place at some location name Shengzhong. I couldn't figure it out either by listening to Japanese or reading English sub and doing a lot google work

I'm hoping that someone can tell me where is it? The name written in Kanji will be the best, but i appreciate any additional information ^^

well it's been a while since i watched geass so I don't much remember stuff and not in the mood for digging. But the romaji you put there sounded closer to Shandong. Might be the one you're looking for might not. It was among the few chinese province names that I could remember at the tip of my hands atm.

Shangdong was the closest thing i sound too. But it's not the place. Thanks anyway ^^
