I don't know which magazine is this from (most likely Animedia June 2009) but this should be their annual anime ranking result (The "Anime Grand Prize") and it seems like Code Geass R2 took best male character, female character and best series.

Sorry if you thought it was something else. Who am I kidding, no I'm not.

(though personally I'm not a fan of these two...well, I like Lelouch, but not much C.C.)

It is an ugly manface, that is right. Animage got lazy and hell, said to draw her like an ugly male.
Well at least, the draft that is on the magazine looks way better.
