Help identify where these scans are from?

Does anyone know where these three scans are from?

I would dearly love to have real scans of this; the kanji mostly blur into little blocks, so all I can make out without straining my eyes are some irrelevant weak points (oh no, Lelouch is weak to natto?! Suzaku's weak point is trauma over killing his father?! SHOCK) and everyone's keywords (Lelouch's are "sister, rebellion, strategies over tactics"; Suzaku's are "betrayal, ore rule"; Gino's are "Suzaku & Kallen") and the fact that they still refuse to tell me how tall Gino is.

It looks like this book, whatever it is, has some fun information, so... Any ideas what it is? Any more/better scans anywhere?

Hee...unfortunately, the stuff they have about the female characters is kind of...sparse. Pash is targeted mostly at girls, so the focus is mostly on the boys. Not that I'm complaining, mostly, but...damn it, the girls in Geass are awesome, too!

Given both Gino's penchant for hanging off of Suzaku and the fact that he...at the very least found Kallen physically attractive, I can't really say I'd find Gino being bi surprising in the least. XD

They...probably don't, but there are these fun little character-based alphabet things for Lelouch, Suzaku, Rolo, and a few other guys...none for Gino, though.

I saw the tiny scans of Lelouch's, and loled over some of them. Like "Kiss", where it specifically seemed to noted that he only gets kissed by women, he doesn't kiss them. Once he seemed to kiss Shirley, but that was Sayoko; "Virginity" which seems to be talking about how he fails compared to Suzaku, again; and "Question" ("Did Lelouch really die? Go to page 137!" wut)
