I'm getting errors in extracting the .rar file. I use the rar program myself but I still get errors so I can't get the chapter. Could you try an alternate extension such as .7z or something? I'm sad this doesn't work. ;_;
The problem might have been that the files had japanese characters in their names. I changed them around so they should be readable this time. Try this (http://www.mediafire.com/?btmvdznnumd) link instead.
