Only three of the paragraphs talk about his clothing, and they comment just on the Lost Colors outfit:

『コードギアス』のキャラクターとしては珍しいハーフパン姿。良い靴下との組み合わせが優等生のイメージさせる。

A shorts-appearance (OTL only the Japanese have terms like this) that is unusual among Code Geass characters. Together with some good socks, he gives the image of a honor student (is “honor student” the new euphemism for shota?)

ファッションはどことなく、アクティブでありながら、幼くかわいいイメージ。『ハーフパンツをはいています。少年らしく見えればいいなと。年齢よりも、やや幼い印象かもしれません』

Though his fashion is sportive (literally “active” but I’m taking a guess), he gives a cute childish image. “He’s wearing shorts. He should appear juvenile. More than his age, he might give a somewhat childish impression.”

ルルーシュとのコンビも注目のひとつ。『谷口監督からはルルーシュとのバランスを意識してほしいというオーダーがありました』

An observation in regards to the duo (the word is literally “combination” but that sounds weird to me) he makes with Lelouch. “Director Taniguchi gave us the order to bear in mind the balance in contrast with Lelouch”


The rest of the notes are not too meaningful, since the scan is from a time when they couldn't throw in any spoilers about his true self. They are mostly reminding us how he's a new character and we still don't know where he came from, and describing him as appearing gentle and naive~
