Just saw this on 4chan and Sankaku Complex (site NSFW); there's a magazine scan with more info about the new Code Geass project, and it looks like it will be a full tv series.
Sadly the scan is so poor that I can't actually read much info, but there's something about a "new birth." Probably not a continuation, but a remake of the original series?
Edit: ANN has part of the scan with info about a possible musical.

Until we get higher quality scans I don't think we can get more info than this right now.

I shall refrain from further comment until we have more detail.
Plz don't screw with R2's ending Sunrise, okay? The magazine previews seem to be early this month. Second fandom this has happened with.

So, is this series isn't a continuation of the latter one? Somehow, I'm kinda disappointed -_-a
But still looking forward to it XD
May I hope that 'she' and 'she' won't die this time? I don't really like 'them', but 'their' death scene is pretty sad TTATT (though it would make it into a really different story then XD)

Unless Sunrise is being a cocktease yet again and dangling a remake of the series in front of us.... Sob, you know we'll all be following that carrot. But I kinda doubt they will. If anything, I'm counting more on an anime of this new manga we were hearing about in the last info post.

If it's a remake, I really hope it's at least series-length, not one or two episodes. For example the Death note anime had a "rewrite" but it was actually a compilation of deleted scenes.

I mean, I love me some Lelouch as much as the next girl, but I like where the series ended.

Please God yes.
But if it is a continuation of the story, and Lelouch is alive and all that jazz--Oh Frick, I DON'T CARE I WILL WATCH IT ANYWAY. <3

There's scans with higher resolution that ANN linked (http://yunakiti.blog79.fc2.com/blog-entry-4428.html) to if anyone wants to give translating a try.

Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion
Code Geass: Renya of the Blackness
Code Geass: Something of the Something
ect.
If the musical thing is true imma shit myself though.

...Someone needs to film the musical so hard if it happens.

I mean, I'm not dissing people who like musicals, but seriously, not too many people are able to go to Japan to see it, and they don't necessarily appeal to such a wide audience. Sure we'd all like to see Lulu and Suzaku pelting out tunes, that's a novelty, but I'm in favour of a new anime instead of a musical production.
I'd be a-ok with them if they did both though :D
