Title: Code Geass: Nunnally of the Liberation

Pairing/Characters Nunnally x Suzaku, featuring most of the rest of the cast in future chapters except (for obvious reasons) Lelouch.

Summary: When Lelouch is assassinated during the invasion of Japan, Nunnally is taken in by the Sumeragi family. With Suzaku at her side, she plans to strike back at Britannia and free her adopted homeland.

It's nice, I think....
If I may suggest:
in canon, I think Suzaku had murdered Genbu because of the heat of the debate they had:
Suzaku wanting Genbu to surrender Japan so there'll be no more casualties, and Genbu will not surrender until he died...
You could make either a very angsty Suzaku, where he feel failed to the people of his most cherished*Genbu, for there still be many casualties, Lelouch, for not continue walk on from his past, and Nunnaly, to keep the siblings safe*
Or you can make an annoyed Suzaku*courtesy of Kaguya of course* with angst every time he's alone....
as for Nunnaly... you can make her a very angsty and realistic person *a person who knows the world isn't just field of flowers and doves flying in the sky* and often making sarcastic and biting comment of Britannia's government in Kaguya, or Suzaku's company..
that's all!!! it's a nice beginning, I think. and not to mention, a fresh idea straight from the oven*pardon the analogue* happy plotting!!! <3

Note that Suzaku doesn't kill Genbu in this version of events (Genbu still dies, but their final conversation doesn't happen), so Suzaku's attitude to killing will be somewhat different (as implied by the final exchange between him and Nunnally).
