The results for the 2nd Official Character Popularity Ranking are out!

They have been released at last! While there's a few surprises, the top five remained exactly the same, but I'll let you see for yourself:

*Nunnally finally triumphs over Lloyd. Euphemia has unexpectedly little votes. Perhaps it's because she's the biggest obstacle to Lelouch?

13. Toudou Kyoushirou (Up from 16th)
14. Milly Ashford (Down from 9th)
15. Cornelia Li Britannia (Down from 12th)

*Perhaps it's due to the votes being divided after the introduction of new characters, but both Milly and Cornelia have unexpectedly lost quite a number of votes. Villtta, on the other hand, has managed to secure a higher position.

Ok, time for my comments: Wtf is Kirihara doing on the top 20? And the lack of Laksharta and Cecile's low ranking upset me. Guess no one too fond of obsessive stalkers, huh? That would explain the lack of Diethard. Another surprise is Kaguya, who hasn't had a line and has only appeared for a second, on the list. I'm personally looking forward to seeing her next episode because her character design is adorable and I want to see how she acts around Zero.

Then fanboys are really drooling over Kaguya and I've heard that on the Japanese forums she has this huge following and practically everyone is waiting eagerly for her appearance. I'm actually excited to see her as well because I love her character design plus her behavior + Zero obsession, according to spoilers, sounds quite interesting and even quirky.

Word about Cecile, she should be a lot higher and I'm guessing Clovis's bishieness is what's keeping him on the list. And, yeah, lol, Shougo. I'm surprised Toudo/Shougo yaoi hasn't appear yet, after the "I only serve Toudo" or whatever line. XD

And, indeed, yay for Orange-kun! ♥ ♥ ♥

lol really? Oh wow, fanboys. I dunno, she's had like 2 lines this whole season, so I'm like whatever, more Lloyd and Cecile plz. Hopefully she's an interesting character when she finally starts gaining importance to the story! XD

Cecile is so awesome (major love in 21 with the hitting the lloyd!kid over and over) she needs to go up! lol- Clovis just didn't do anything other than look pretty, so gtfo. XD OMG, it will show up soon enough. I'm still waiting for some hot Lloyd/Schneizel doujins to show up.
