My favorite musical...OUCH WHAT A TOUGH QUESTION! XD Disney is The Lion King. Non-Disney and overall favorite movie is The Rocky Horror Picture Show, but I also love RENT, Phantom of the Opera, Hairspray, Little Shop of Horrors, Sweeney Todd...the list does not end. :D And yooou?
YES. I LIKE THIS IDEA VERY MUCH.

My favourite goes to Les Mis, all the time. After that...I can't really pick and choose any more. XD Wicked, Hairspray, Sweeney Todd, RENT, Phantom, the two Kuroshitsuji musicals because they're awesome (and at least if I can't understand I can still look at the pretty lighting...and the anime characters come to life...)
And a lot of the ones I've worked rank amongst musicals I like...but I'm not sure there if it's because I like it or because it just got ingrained into me...
For example. I'm not sure where I stand on Little Shop because I spent the entire thing running sound off scribbled or non-existent cues (not mine. Were they my cues, they'd be typed up, pretty and printed! :P)
Oh, and I completely forgot about Disney. Hmm...I agree. The Lion King. Tangled was pretty good too, but only because three musical theatre fans talking afterwards found song connections to Chicago, Rent, Into The Woods and Aladdin.

Wiiiicked. ;-; I have yet to see it but I hope to see it soon. I know all of the music and the story but just haven't seen the musical yet...which is a shame since I love about half an hour from the city. XD I will see it, though! That along with The Lion King! I AM DETERMINED.
The Lion King is my faaaavorite and Tangled is right up there. :) I love Disney which is where, I'm assuming, my love for musicals came from. Then again, my first rated R movie, my first musical, The Rocky Horror Picture Show, I'm sure had something to do with it too. :)

Yeah, I reckon Disney has a large impact on everyone. Besides Disney though, the first one I ever saw was Les Mis and well..it just escalated from there...
