Judging from the visuals and random words I understood... the girls seem to be fighting over who's going to marry Lelouch and try to make him choose between them. XD

And yes they are fighting over who will be his wife. But they mostly care about becoming an empress and getting free food for life. Also doing a parody of Marie Antoinette and her "Let them eat cake". Lelouch is scared and asking for help.
