One season

So we all know that Geass was intended to be one season but because of its popularity, got stretched to two. Now here is the question:

How do you think Code Geass would have ended if it were only one season?

Me.... I have NO IDEA. Haha. I'm interested in what ideas others might have though. .^^ Personally, I didn't really see the series ending (well) in 26 episodes however many episodes it was intedned to be. With all that was going on, I think it would have been too short to have a nice conclusion with only one season, so I'm really glad a second season has been announced.

i actually remember rading from defade's journal that CG was meant to be 50 something episodes, but coz they couldn't get the time slot they wanted, they had to change everything for it to fit into a one season slot .___.

that aside, i think it would have ended with something vague. like, some major character just died, and lelouch goes "HOKAY! NOW IMMA GONNA GO FOR ME DADDY!!" or something.
