[Entry: Graphics Contest]

Here is my entry for the graphics contest.

I made a set of 22 Major Arcane (my own themes and some borrowed) Tarot theme collectible cards. ^^ I tried to include all the major characters in my own themes that I came up with. I made these as a sort of "adoptable" you know like you collect and show off your colorbars and banners and stuff? Well it's like that. You pick a card you like and simply display it like you would an adopted doll, graphic, button, whatever. I just wanted to do a little something different than fanart (I can't draw) or icons and I know me, I like being unique and not like everyone else. I was going to do a layout but that would take too much time but then again, this took over a week to do. >_> I just hope my long hard work isn't ignored or looked down upon. This idea was really exicting for me to do as I love making adoptable graphics stuff. :) The cards are all under the cut in roman numeral order (as I have them) starting with the back of the card (which is just to show what it looks like). There are 22 total cards with one special gag card that was made for fun. :)

PS: I made my own themes instead of following the traditional tarot (but I borrowed a few of them) because I felt it was best to use something more "close to home" as they say. I have tarot cards and know their meanings and most of the characters didn't feel on par with them so I chose to do my own theme. :)

Dunno if it means anything, but I really like those.

IMHO, I'd just go with the traditional tarot card theme, however it is pretty creative of you to make your own.

I would have went with the traditional Tarot theme if I could find characters to fit them. There were a lot of themes I went into research on and the characters didn't fit so I went with creating my own tarot theme. :) I found it easier to make it more custom to the show instead of forcing characters to fit themes that didn't mean anything. I mean who'd fit the hanging man, the sun, the stars, and the moon? They all have very literal and underlying meanings and the characters themeselves didn't fit. So in all thought, I know its your opinion but I went with what I thought fit and what was best for my idea.
