Yeah, I read somewhere that he was an artist (JWiki?); I always felt bad for Clovis. I just think his Father was trying to make him do something he wasn't capable of doing. He was obviously a terrible tactician/politician. He'd have been better left with his paints.
I'd rather not see him revived, though, considering the possibilities of what the Emperor said this episode. Side note, I'm halfway through translating what I could understand of the dialogue. But I likely won't be able to post it for the next 12 hours because of work. Finish the trans? Y/N

I don't want to see Clvis revived either, as fond of him as I am; that would be too cheesy now. However, I would love to see him continue to have an impact on the story as people who've passed away do continue to have an impact on the world.
