ok, it's not that dirty, nothing was actually shown, it's just the IDEAs that it gives you >.> and this person really has good audio editing skills to make them say the things they say o.0 i think...? and sorry it's japanese only, not subbed...

i consider any clip that has bits and bobs editted from the anime an amv, to make sure it's easier to group things XD

well... personally i'd go for the fanvid tag, since amv = anime music video and it's more specifically... music videos =/ strictly speaking fanvid would include amvs too... but owells, as long as it's easier for u to organize =w=
