Does that include as part of an archive? For example, I keep an uploaded list of anime episodes (http://community.livejournal.com/fomicry/2234.html) and music (http://community.livejournal.com/fomicry/2457.html) at [livejournal.com profile] fomicry. Is it alright if I upload the manga as an archive, too? I will definatly link to the forums if I do, but I'd like to get permission. ^_^

Go for it ^_^, most of the manga I get is from distro sites. I'd be a big hypocrite to say no :P.
