Regarding a Code Geass icontest

I was browsing through a couple of communities where I noticed that there's no active icontest for Code Geass. I saw geass_icontest but it hasn't been updated for weeks and the mod is not-- how do I say it?-- active! (Hah, that took a while *bricked*)

So the question: is there any active code geass icontest, aside from the one mentioned above? I looked through this community a couple of times and noticed a lot of great icons and talented iconists so I wondered about an icontest community.

Anyway, if there isn't one around, I'll probably make one soon. But if I do, bannermakers, a whole lot of members, and soon, even a co-mod will be needed. Code Geass will soon grow into a bigger fandom (since episodes 24 - 25 is bound to release sometime) so I think a fandom like this deserves an icontest :DD


(And I have no idea what to tag this so just shoot me if I tagged wrong ;x)

Hmm, that community should or will be closed, I'm semi-sure about it ^^".

The few icons sent didn't motivate to the mod, and that's why the poor community is abandoned D:, I guess ^^".

Yes, there're A LOT of icons and banner posts. I agree with your idea of opening a new icontest ^^.

Heh, thanks. I'll probably make one soon. I still can't decide what the name is XDD

And my friend made it for me to go along with the layout she gave (which I messed up a couple of days ago. I should fix it again soon ;x)

Yeah, that's true. But then, someone already pointed out an existing geass icontest community *points at the bottom* so I'm not sure if I'll still make one.

...is the fandom big enough to support two icontests? o_o

And yes, I hope so too. I had trouble fixing it at first so I just left it (with a barely readable font colour). But then I accidentally erased it when I was testing a layout so... yeah *bricked*

I see many Icon and banner in Code Geass LJ. I lost count how many are post every week.

I can't wait to see ep 24 and 25. The word is Aug. but who know is that is true. I am one the few who like Suzaku and Euphi pairing. I was complete crush to see Euphi become a gun crazy, out control mass killer and yet look cute doing.

Eh? I heard from a couple that it's gonna be at the end of July o_O Ah well, better not get get our hopes up. Anyway, I support Suzaku and Euphie as well so it literally broke my heart when she became like that (and when Suza saw her; omg Suza, your face is so heart-breaking) So yeah. Rawr XDD

The thing that is confusing regarding the airing of the episode is that a special screen will be done in July but actually airing the episode to the mass will be in Aug. but I may be wrong which is know to happen.

I am happy to meet another Suzaku/Euphi fan. The scene when Suzaku see Euphie been shot by Zero was pain to watch. I never seen Suzaku that crazy before that he complete took on both C.C and Kallen like they were nothing. His only though were of getting Euphie help and healing her. I hope I am not hijacking this with all the Code Geass talk. It one my favor shows.

Oh yeah. I heard there's a special screening (which totally makes it even more confusing). Then, if there is a special screening in July, then the most reasonable airing will be somewhere in the midle of August (unless, for some reason, they decide to delay it more ;x).

Likewise. I like Euphie as an overall character and it's just sad to see her die in the hands of Lelouch (one of my fav. character as well). And Suzaku was crying~ ;_; Nyah.
