According to random musings, episode 24-25 will air Aug 30-31 on Animax.

ETA:
The first airdate will be 7/28 (hour long special) on MBS according to this magazine from red255.

Apparently this is one of many dates on different channels. The earliest date has been confirmed as 7/28 for both episodes.
