Hi, everyone. It's your resident newshound/spammer yet again with more news from the official site. The news' important enough for a separate post, or so I wager, so you'll have to put up with me for a wee bit. Aye? If you visit the site and see something new within the next two-three days, jump back to this post and you'll see the appropriate cut article on it once the journalist gets her hands on the scene. We run a business rag here, aye. Printing cost's not cheap.

First, we have the story summary for Stage 9. No, not 8.5 (Kamen no kiseki). It's really for 9. Too bad we'll have to wait two weeks for it, but oh well!

...The Order of Black Knights starts to expand their activities as allies of the weak. Though they are treated as heroes by the Elevens, Kallen feels that Zero is still needed to change the world. Although Kallen is half Britannian and half Eleven, she hates Britannian due to complications in her family. Under that situation, the Order of Black Knights runs afoul of a smuggling operation for 'Refrain', a drug spreading among the Elevens. In that site, Kallen saw a certain person.

(Ed. : ...to tell you the truth, I'm sort of worrying if they're tackling too many things. Anyone else thinks the terrorists shouldn't be entirely happy playing Justice League while what they wanted to do is Down With Britannia? Of course, maybe Lulu's just pulling a mental world reform ala Yagami Light)

Now the second news item is the soundtrack details. As we have established before, the CD goes on sale on 12/20. (I wish it'd go on 12/5, but I guess we can't have everything.) The price is 2,940 yen. Goodies as previously listed. What we didn't see before is the inclusion of two insert songs : Stories and Masquerade. While I'm pretty sure what Masquerade will be for, Stories is up in the air. They're sung by Hitomi and the music is boy Kuroishi Hitomi. Spelled differently in the original, for those who think it sounds hilarious.

I'm pretty sure the 8.5 DVD situation will update itself soon (at least it's not listed in the 'story' section' so keep in check for the news!

Sure love it when the site updates with two news at once. They should do it more often instead of the piecemeal method.

I am not sure where Lelouch is going with this allies of the weak thing. Perhaps he thinks he needs an insurance policy, a store of good deeds to present to Suzaku for when he finds out about the mass murders and the fratricide...

I am not really sure how long the new 'Black Knights' will stick with it either, as they were wholly anti-Brittanian. The thing about Lelouch is that no matter what he might say, I'm not completely sure he is exactly anti-Brittanian; he just really hates his family.

I think, looking at the Emperor, he probably knows *everything*. He's a scary man! I was initially disappointed to lose Clovis so quickly, but I think increasingly he'll continue to have a tangible impact on the story. Whatever they were talking about...well, it maybe implies he knew about CC. How much did they know about her? Did they know about Geass? The way they had her immobilised, they must have known *something*...

The ironic thing is of course that I think the Emperor would be very proud of the way Lelouch is behaving. How much more Britannian than to kill your own brother for your personal agenda.

And sadly for Lelouch, Vialetta has a brain (not to mention good taste in men and scary fetish boots) and she's close to putting it together with the mysterious schoolboy and the memory loss....

Lelouch is more like his Father than he thinks. I can't wait to meet Schneizel. :D

*nods* Or else I'm ditching code geass altogether... protecting the weak is just, lame. (not that i'm strong) It sounds like one of the 5 year old shows we used to watch.... or the stupid superman stuff.... I'm just hoping it's nothing like that

I wonder if that person that Karen sees is Naoto...it could be possible but I think i'd rather see him not make an appearance.
