They're parody posters shown in one of the scenes; you don't have to watch the epsiode as such. ^-^ It just makes me laugh how often Geass is parodied in other anime - shows how recognisable some of it's imagery has become already.

Genshiken was the king of parodies (I still remember that DouWata doujin in one of its OAVs XD), it just so needed something Geass-related (even Lucky Star had a couple of references to Geass too, shows how popular it is). The Gundam SEED one is great too X_D
