Looks like those uniforms are in mass production in Asia. I saw two girls on Cosplay.com and they are wearing EXACT same uniform as that Lulu guy.

I'm not sure about it, I never do the cosplay before and have no idea about a shop to sell those uniforms. I think mostly they made the costume by themselves because it would be very expensive if you buy it.

Not really, they sell Gundam Seed Uniforms, and I don't see why they wouldn't sell Code Geass as well. And its common for a lot of japanese cosplayers to buy their costumes. Yeah, they are expensive but making your own is not cheap either.

I know this post is ages old, but I have a friend who knows cosplay shops in China. Even with shipping to the East Coast of America, the top of a Code Geass uniform will only cost me about 40 bucks.

It's actually cheaper than buying the material and making it myself.
