C.C. and Lulu kiss again
The episode ends with Suzaku vowing to the Emperor that he will kill Zero himself.

Lulu awakens finally, and Gekka and Guren kneels down in front of him. (very cool scene)

Little bit of flashback about the episode 25 scene
Suzaku "I'm not going to ask for forgiveness..."
Lulu "Is that your answer"
He's breathing heavily

Lulu was a bait to bait out C.C. He's being watched all day long.

Only appearance of the Rounds were Gino, Anya, and Suzaku in front of the Emperor. This is the last scene.
Lee only has one phrase.

Surveillance of Lulu may be Emperor's plan.

There's a lot of comparison to the first season's episode 1, such as Geass scene.
Urabe was pretty cool, as he welcomes return of Lulu with "We have been waiting for you, Zero! Please give us orders!"
Shirley is still in love with Lulu. She was calling him "Lulu" as she always did.

Suzaku's line after "I won't ask for forgiveness" was "we're 'friends', right?"
Lulu tells Rollo (probably early in the episode?) that he's the only sibling he has. No mention of Nunnally.
Episode starts with Viletta-sensei chasing Lulu, and leads into opening as Lulu escapes to go to the Tower of Babel with Rollo.

Rollo is apparently not a true sibling (in blood)?
Rollo doesn't dislike Lulu
Part of the OotBK knows Lulu = Zero
No info on the captured OotBK members yet
Kallen is with OotBK (well duh)
C.C. got out of the sticky situation at the bottom of the sea on her own after ep25

This is what happened near the end, in the climax

C.C. shows up from the KMF
She reaches out to Lulu, and a Britannian soldier shoots C.C.
He points the gun towards Lulu, saying "Your job is done"
He reads out Lulu's name, and reads what Lulu has been doing all day.
Lulu is shocked that he's been watched the whole time.
Lulu wishes for power (Just like in ep1).
C.C. gets up suddenly, and kisses Lulu.
Geass scene happens, similar to when he first contracted, but he hears voice saying he already has the power, and he regains his memory. This is when the flashback scene to episode 25 flashes.
His left eye glows red, he shouts "I am ZERO!" and swings his arms around.
He does the "I, Lelouch Britannia commands you!" line
"Yes your highness! *BANG*" (Just like episode 1)

Despite moving to a Sunday slot, violence still exists, from aohige
Just like the first episode of the first series, lots of carnage.

The Brittanian army raiding the Tower to repel the OotBK forces recklessly shoots and kills people in the tower. Lulu yells out "Stop, they're still alive!" but the soldiers don't heed him, and continues the massacre. Mount of corpses pile up, and is set on purple flame. Zero's return is shown with the burning corpses behind him, apparently.

Looks like the Black King bites it also when the army raids the place.

The fate of Ougi and the other OotBK captured, from aohige
Ougi is still captured along with Toudou and others.
Chiba thinks Zero betrayed him, but Ougi still believes in Zero. Ever a "nice guy".

The title of Episode II will be, "Operation: Independence of Japan"

Viletta chases Lelouch around, trying to get him fore remedy class for gym
--> Shirley is acting the same way she was before losing memory.
--> Lelouch & Rollo goes to the casino
--> They meet bunny Kallen. He doesn't seem to remember Kallen. Kallen acts like she doesn't know him either.
--> Chess with the guy that grabbed Kallen's hair
--> The guy doesn't admit he's defeated, accuse Lelouch for cheating, and orders people to grab him
--> OotBK breaks in, the famous Kallen kick
--> Lelouch & Rollo escapes
--> Lelouch falls
--> Meets C.C.
--> Regains Geass
--> Gekka and Guren kneels before him, Urabe says "we've been waiting for your return, please give orders."
--> Suzaku tells the emperor he killed Zero
--> End of Ep1

BTW, Fukuyama said expect to see Zero's speech in Ep2.

Tidbits from aohige
The two martial arts brothers that was mentioned in previous magazine spoilers were forced to fight each other in the colosseum. They were crying as they fought each other.
Apparantly, they were later found dead in the pile of bodies the Britannian raid force massacre created.

Viletta-sensei jumps onto Lulu, and sits on top of him... only to find out that it's actually Rivalz with a Lulu wig.

Kallen approaches Lulu, and bumbs into him intentionally, spilling drinks.
She acts like wiping him, and tries to contact him... but King grabs her hair, and tries to take her away. That's when Lulu challenges King to a chess match.
Later on, when all the massacre is going on, Kallen tries to take Lulu away, but in the next scene, it shows her surprised, and on the ground on her butt. You see Rollo's heart-shaped pendant swinging about before this, and Rollo is pulling Lulu away with his hands.
Perhaps he did something to Kallen, confusing her?
