I think he knows a lot. In the ED, the emperor is shown with VV. And it has been said that VV is actually the one CC is talking to most of the time, other than Lulu's mom of course. I also remember that the Emperor was not at all surprised at Euphie's sudden bloodthirst, he just went on saying that the fool[Lulu accdg to some sources] finally/actually did it..

Well, it's probably a different manifestation of Geass, like how Mao's different from Lulu's.
So he probably sent V.V. to Suzaku at the end of Season 1. Does that mean he has Nunally? Hmmm.

I suspected it was the case ever since season01. My friends and I were always talking about how it everything is some succession plot by the Emperor. Geass is always referred to as the 'power of the king' in the gray world CC brings Lulu to so we were thinking that it is a prerequisite to be emperor..so when I saw it I was excited.

Yup, i noticed it ^^ So, I have this wild suggestion of the attribute of Emperor's Geass power. In which if Mao's could people's mind, Lelouch's can command anything. The Emperor's can talk to the Dead :D Remember Season 1 episode 3? And/or predict the future XD (but that's just me ^^)
