I can swear I've never heard it used before, though. I'm a failure as a native. T.T (I think the only reason I even watch all those historical Chinese dramas is to LOL at all the shitty special effects and fight scenes. "OMG look at me; I've levitating in an awkward pose!" I'm not being off topic at all)

Failure as a native? That makes two of us! *high-five!* (I watched and loved huan2 zhu1 ge2 ge2 (sorry, too lazy to type it up in Chinese) and its sequel to death as a kid. God, they were so stupid...)
And to address some stuff you said in your previous post, it does seem like Nunnally is now back in Britannia. The dress is very Euphie-ish, and apparently, according to the episode spoilers above, is in communication with both Lelouch and Suzaku. I'm guessing either Suzaku or the Emperor retrieved her, so she can't exactly be sitting in a cave.
It's very hard for me to figure out Schneizel. He looks so evil and is obviously complicit in the Emperor's evil plans. But then again, he also wasn't an ass to Suzaku, approved Euphie's plan thingy, and seemed to be genuinely shocked at lolmassacre. I'm sure he'll play a greater role in R2, although I still think that he'll be more or less of a "miniboss".

I bet he only approved of Euphie's plan because he wanted to secretly pull the strings (thus turning it into a base for him when he challenges Curly for the throne) while everyone thinks he's such a nice guy (and will therefore choose to fight on his side). And he's totally being nice to Suzaku because he wants his personal h4x machine.

A lot of things point to him having a "shadowy" side...
In the DVD magazine, they give alternate previews. In ep 18's preview, Schneizel talks about how he has certain information from Bartley but it's too dangerous for him to make his move. He's kind of sitting in the shadows being a minor/bg character on purpose until he feels he can act.
He is nice to the point where it's kind of ridiculous, and he is extremely good at telling people what they want to hear. In ep 18, Special Envoy is talking about Suzaku becoming a Knight. Even though it's not outright stated, Cecile hints that part of why Suzaku's knighting went through was because Schneizel okay'ed it. Then Cecile mentions like a giddy school girl that she's never met him/Schneizel before. Then in 19, the first thing that Schneizel tells Cecile is that he's always wanted to meet her. How convenient. (Of course, people would be more willing to follow a nice person.)
Even though he approved of Euphie's idea, he didn't tell Cornelia like he said he was going to so things would go... just as planned. He knew Cornelia would be shitpissed at her idea. His shocked face is likely because Euphie killing people was kind of NOTASPLANNED etc.
I don't think he's involved in the Emperor's plan either. That convo in the beginning of ep 18 is kind of like, "Sir, Schneizel is up to something. What should we do about it?" and the Emperor is kind of like "Lol I don't care. If he succeeds, then he succeeds." If Schneizel was in on his plan, I don't think the convo would have gone like that.
If the Emperor is a complete dick and Schneizel is a shining nice pretty boy in contrast, then people might be like "Hurr let's follow him instead and bring down the Emperor".
I think that if Lelouch at any point gets to kill the Emperor, then Schneizel is going to take advantage of that situation for his own plans/benefit. Also Suzaku might be tag along w/Schneizel, since a lot of his "success" can be attributed to Schneizel giving him the opportunity/stuff in the past.
