There is a problem with your post, if you fix it I might be able to help. ^^;;

Some of the events you mentioned are the Zenkoku, the large Comic City sponsored events. (It's what the Kashi poster for Gundam 00 is for)

On May 3+4 it's also SCC in Tokyo :D

Much better, I'm not into the other series really but I can add the following information. :D

The Kashi/Gundam 00 event is at the Tokyo Ryutsu Center (there was the Geass Zenkoku (http://www.akaboo.jp/zenkoku-r/r2/) on 2/17/08 there)

I think the 200 space Reborn one you didn't know the kanji for is Hakata :D

The 8059 event is only 150 people ^^;; the 1000 is where in that building it is being held. ^^;

I think the XXxholic/Tsubasa event is also being held in Hakata

That Naruto post card is so cute, could you please let me know the circle's name?

Thanks! :D One of my best friends is into Naruto and loves all the Akatsuki pairings so I'm always looking for books for her. :D

The Geass event was amazing. *____* All the big circles for once were doing sketches so I got a Suzaku sketch from Kashi <3 <3 <3 <3 They've been one of my favorite circles since 2003 and other than in one series they always seem to do the pairings I ship lol

T^T Awww! I SO wanted to go to the Code Geass one, But I had JUST gotten back from spending 3 weeks at home over winter vacation and had NONE Money on top of the Event being all the way in Tokyo. Curse you Tokyo for being so far away *shakes fist*

Awww! LUCKY~ You got a sketch from Kashi >_< So jelous. I LOVE them. They're the best of the FEW circles that does Lulu Semi over Suzaku and I'm so glad they picked up Gundam 00 =3

Getting a sketch from Kashi was one of the highlights of my last trip to Japan. They were one of the first circles I started to collect. I might have bought my first books in 2002 actually when they left YuGiOh (The one series I don't like their pairing) and moved to Seed. I think I have nearly all their Seed and Geass books now.

While their art is not as nice, I also like the following LuluSuzu circles:

I think there are a few others I like, but those 4 I am particularly fond of. And yeah Tokyo is really far from you, I once did it XD;;;

OOH Ya! I've gotten stuff from Ren-bu Exe and Pandora's Box. I like them.
I'd love to do SCC but, again, Tokyo is too far away from me T^T so for choosing the one Giant Doujin Event of the Year to splurge I'll have to go with Comeket... And I don't mind Hentai...^^

And where's that Geass only one in Osaka on 5/22...I'm having trouble reading the map they have on the site...

No, I mean really hentai-ish hentai. XD;; It can be a bit over the top and there is a LOT of it. I think the biggest problem with the hentai is the fanboys don't know how to line up for crap and they make just trying to get around them a nightmare.

It's good to experience a Comiket though once just to see what it is like. It is definitely a splurge from Tanabe. I forgot what my friend who use to live there paid when she went. You might want to see if it's cheaper to fly.

I've never been to this place before but....

Take the Kuroshio to Tennoji and change there for the Midousuji line and take it to Nakamozu station. You then use exit 2 and walk about 1/4 mile.

Ah, It's THAT kind of Hentai...I think I know what you mean...Ya, damn fanboys can't wait so patiently to get their porn. I like the comic city with the yaoi based stuff, But I WOULD like to find some nice het stuff too. It's always so hard to find good stuff... you know any good circles?

I can fly out of Shirahama airport, but it's about the same as taking the Shinkansen people tell me. Everyone says the Night Bus is the way to go cheap, but I just can't sleep on buses or planes...I took Greyhound from Olympia, Wa to Oakland, Ca ONCE -_- don't really wanna do something like that again...

No, when I say hentai, I mean hentai. I mean barely to pre-pubscent girls getting raped by tentacles. And lots and lots of it. The fanboys wait patiently, they just can't organize into lines well so their lines clog up the rows making it nigh near impossible to walk.

Het smut meant for women you find at the ComicCities cause those are geared towards women not men. And depends on the series. I'm not really into very many het pairings. Some pairings/series just don't get a lot. *shrugs* It's never bothered me. The prettiest het I ever saw was by a circle called RIX.

I just copied and pasted the name of the location given into google maps.

I would think flying would be much faster than the shinkansen. I always take the trains cause I have a pass. Just remember if you do take the bus you want to arrive the day before because by the time the bus gets in people will have been lining up for a good 3-4 hours already. Personally, I would see if I could get a good package airfare/hotel combo from a Japanese travel agent. I'd also look at a map before booking so you don't pick a hotel on the opposite side of Tokyo.

I mean a lot also depends on what circles you want to buy from. The biggest will sell out/or sell out of some things, particularly if the series is very popular.
