I love analyzing the schizo's. They're so much fun to roleplay. You can get away with just about anything. Suzaku has this appeal, too. (And He can dodge bullets.)

Hey, it's what Subaru wished for! The one who was upset over it is Seishirou (which is understandable seeing how it is quite impolite to leave permanent marks on other people's property.)

That would imply he didn't have faith in himself to A) Keep anyone who might harm Kamui away from him from now on or B) Be intimidating enough that no one would dare try.

Of course it is also quite foolish arrogance, 'cause Kamui clearly has a big flashing "Molest me" sign over his head. Fuuma does have a whole world/humanrace to destroy, so there are bound to be moments when poor widdle Kamui is left unguarded~

Yes! I RP Setsuka (Seishirou's mom) right now and she's like the hardest character I had to play. She's definitively crazy, but she has no character development D: Interesting how you mentionned Suzaku before Lelouch when talking about schizos. I guess he's pretty batshit insane too (Haha, yes he does dodge them in the lulziest way XD)

Dude! I don't see Lulu as insane. I see Suzaku as way more insane than Lulu will ever be. Lulu's personality doesn't shift everytime something important happens. Suzaku's amazed us with personality shifts twice, now. Lulu has character restrictions, things he'd never do. But Suzaku's gone from proud and kind to shameless and selfless to cruel and badass. What can't you do with him?

The only shift we see when Lelouch goes from Lulu to Zero is, "I can be flamboyant, now!" (And you totally see this happen when he gets his memories back. It's like a light switch.)

Yes, I see your point. I think Suzaku is a lot less rational than Lulu (in some kind of situations though. Suza is a lot calmer when he fights with Lancelot than Lulu will ever be in front of a fight, but hey Suza is a soldier and Lelouch...well he was a student before having a Geass.) So the fact that he listens to his heart (I hate how this is cliché, but English isn't my first language and I can't find the proper words to describe this), how he obeys his own will can explain his personality switch. Of course, Euphie's death can also explain Suzaku's behaviour but I'd never think he'd go as far as betraying Lelouch the way he did.

SO MY POINT IS :

1) I think Suza, yes, is partly insane but it is easy to understand why, therefore, his insanity didn't strike me that much. He does what he does probably because of his hatred towards Zero and clearly, he does if for the sake of revenge.

2) I have to admit that Lelouch is more obsessive than insane. There lies the difference.

Suzaku acts like a warrior. I've been so taken with him from the beginning because he's very much a Japanese warrior, at least, as far as I know after 14 years in an Okinawan martial arts. He facinates me, and I love watching him work. But I'm afraid to say too much, 'cause where everyone else hates him, I'm, like, "hells yeah!"

I have lots to say on the rest of what you wrote, but I'm afraid of how long the comment would be. Your profile says you have AIM, but I've not seen you log on~ (My AIM is the same as this username.)

Ohhh! I'm going to log on as soon as possible! And don't worry about saying too much! My love for Suzaku has never wavered and it probably won't no matter how bitchy he gets. I understand why people could hate him, but I think the way he reacts, even if it's extreme!!1, is profoundly human.

Being a trained CLAMP fan, I am prepared for characters to do the absolute worst and still be awesome people. I only hate the characters with no personality or undue yet accepted honor. The way Suzaku rejects peoples' praise and has real, complex, barely understandable thoughts makes me love him.
