The emperor must have been very impressed by both his ability to rise out of opression and secure himself very high spots among nobility and his determination and willingness to do anything to get what he aims for.

The emperor likes "strong" people, after all. And I'm sure he doesn't really care what nationality those strong people are, so long as they can make Britannia stronger, too. Go Suzaku!

yep:) the emperor is really impressed with suzaku especially that he is really determined to kill zero/lulu...

suzaku must have lots of opportunities to stab the emperor behind his back..he even went to the sword of (i forgot the name) with the emperor..so special..
