Ha, though Charles seems to be mentally capable enough to his subjects to run an entire empire. And I personally think Rollo was trained/raised that way (to be incredibly efficient and take every order literally to the word-- which, come to think of it, might also link with his attachment for family related things). And I don't think it's really the sanity that's being taken. It's more like they lack moral values. Though I won't say that they're not insane, nonono.
