Hey guys, let's get some good discussion going here!
I especially want to hear everyone's thoughts on the way Lelouch manipulated Rolo (oh, and I guess that is the official spelling now). Is it not what the majority of us predicted?
I was actually surprised that Lelouch predicted Vincent's movements to such a degree that he was able to order Darlton to shot him at an exact moment. When Lelouch jumped in front of the bullet I thought it was one of those 'chance!' moments and Lulu went for it. I should have expected it was planned though, considering this IS Lelouch we're talking about.
The Rolo manipulation seemed really chancy on Lelouch's part to me. Rolo looked pretty unstable near the end there and that alone is dangerous enough. He's gonna be even worse if he finds out Lelouch really was lying to him the entire time. It was a good idea to get Vincent on his side, but I really hope he does begin to develop some form of brotherly feelings for Rolo or the boy is going to find out sooner or later when his acting silps.
