And Macross Frontier is great, I really like it!

I like how they sparingly use screen tones and focus more upon the power of ink.
Macross Frontier is really living up to my expectations. The animation is wonderful, the characters are interesting, and of course the songs are topnotch -has Diamond Crevasse and Aimo on loop- Ranka's my favorite so far.

Yoko Kanno's music is brilliant on the show, I'm so impressed and I think that the Macross Frontier soundtrack will go down as one of my favorites by her. I think that Macross F is one of the best shows this season. Every episode is just so engrossing!
I'm addicted to Iteza Gogo Kyuuji Don't Be Late myself. ♥

Screentones can be lovely an' all, but sometimes it takes more skill to create an artstyle centering around mainly ink, especially since it can look so plain if used incorrectly. That's why I like D. Gray over the the Shonen Jump Big 3-not only for the story and the characters, but because of the interesting art.
I wish I could create lines like they can. Ink just seems to hate me so much. ;A;
Yoko Kanno is megalove. I wish the soundtrack could come out sooner, especially the Ranka ones. Her seiyuu really surprised me. Even though it's her first role, she's doing wonderfully and sounds pretty good herself. And Sheryl's voice acting is top notch.
Don't Be Late is really catchy, but I guess I like the sound of Diamond Crevasse more. The chorus really gets to me, since it's surprisingly powerful/forceful compared to the beginning of the song.
BTW, who's that in your icon?
