I don't really see Suzaku and Euphemia's relationship as solid. There wasn't really anything being maintained; it was still coming into being. But Euphemia and Lelouch had their relationship, already. Theirs was set in stone, just without a future. And oh my God, Lelouch and CC's relationship. Yes, let's leave that elsewhere.

But they don't actually have to lose an eye to stay CLAMP themed. Kokuyo just made his pupil an earring, I think Doumeki's walking around with half an eye, and Clone!Syoaran's just... swapping colors like a mood ring?

...And I think there's one more example of CLAMP messing with an eye without taking it out, but I can't think of it. I'll have to ask a friend of mine, later.

Well, it's not quite the end if they find him out. He just loses the advantage of Britannia not knowing where/who Zero is. ...Oh God, that would be a funny scene, though.

I honestly think there was more to Suzaku and Euphie that we were allowed to see, since the show is so Lelouch!centric. Suzaku is a pervert and a half and Euphie is much less innocent than people give her credit for. :| Though that could just be my own wishful thinking |D

XDDD But they certainly do have a fixation on eyes.

LOL I think Lelouch is smart enough at this point to realize he can't get to Nunnally yet even if he knows where she is.

You have to tell me where Suzaku has shown himself to be a pervert. Really. I don't see it. I mean, come on! He was leaning over a naked!Kallen and didn't even blink. Or blush. Or anything!

I'm not sure Euphie is any less innocent. I mean, Cornelia and Schneizel don't take her seriously and she wasn't hardened enough to understand why the special zone wouldn't work... I'm not seein' a smart girl, here. Plus, I firmly believe Cornelia would put an end to it quickly.

That really is my number one reason against Suzaku/Euphemia. Cornelia would kick his ass.

Oh they do~ Which is why it was so damn funny when the geass was put in Lulu's eye. Our little group of CLAMP fans over here went, "Hell yeah. CLAMP had something to do with that."

Especially not with Suzaku right there.
