This list started in 2ch. and I searched & added links to official site, Amazon, or megazine scans for reference. :)

The 3 main anime magazines are the main source for episode summaries and new character introduction. Other magazines may have spoilers as well.
Some people may get their hands on the magazines 2-3 days before the actual release date, take photos, and release spoilers on 2ch (aka furage).

Search by date: June, July, August, September, October and beyond.

　　　-- New game for Ninitendo DS, scheduled on August 7th. The genre is Board Game & Adventure. You play as a transfer student (choose between the boy and girl at the lower left corner of the 1st scan) from Britannia, coming to study in Area 11 for 1 month. Interact with Code Geass characters through mini games and events! Their feelings towards you will change according to your response and the results of mini games. Use you voice to defeat opponents! There's also a "Code Geass Theater" (lower right of 2nd scan) that allows you to make you own little drama by collecting the lines in game. It doesn't say if it's fully voiced. But since this is a mini game collection, at least we'll hear a lot more than the previous DS game.

　　　-- Collection of the 4coma on Newtype magazine. I sincerelyly suggest: don't waste money on this piece of trash. As'Maria don't have the least bit of idea about the characters' personalities. The characters talk, be surprised, and start yelling at each other almost all the time. It's not what the characters do. She's just using the "relationship" between the characters. (For example, Charles is Lelouch's dad, so she makes daddy jokes. Rolo is Lelouch's bro so let's make jokes on that.) Switch the characters to Kira Yamato or Athrun Sala and it doesn't make a bit of difference. They are just a bunch of yelping chiwawas disguised as Code Geass characters. I suspect her work is to intensionally disgrace the characters and moke them look like idiots. I have never seen a manga as disgusting as this one.

I wouldn't get my hopes up, since there is still good old Guren Nishiki from the first season on the schedule. ;) I guess they weren't sure if things are going to sell well during the time gap, so they pushed back everything until R2 is on air.
Anyway I want that Gawain so much! *cries* That scan was from a figure magazine last December, and no progress of it ever since! The Guren Nishiki in the same pic is already released.

Amazon only sells this kind of figures in sets, but you can buy only one in stores. :)
It's random, though.
I'm not very lucky at this and often end up with a bunch of unwanted ones before getting my favorite. So I'll probably buy a set anyway. XD

Blu-ray for R2 will be released at the same time with the DVDs. (That's what "BD" stands for).
Blu-ray for season 1 starts at 2008/8/22 and is one per month, according to Amazon. I'll add this to the list. :)

There are some sites, like Amazon.co.jp, that lists the Geass Zodiac Fortunes with a June 13 release date. Perhaps you should change your listing to that, since it's earlier?
