It seems Shiaware Neiro will not be getting its own single.
Orange Range's new album, Panic Fancy will contain the song. The album will be out July 9th.

And...
Some mentioned this before, but the official geass-game website has recently updated with more information on the Code Geass R2 DS game HERE. It will be out August 7...and there's a mini-game called 'Pizza Pizza Panic' on there. :)

I think the minigame 'All Hail Britannia' is pure CRACK. I mean, a beatem up game against the Emperor where he friggin shout his attacks and words start hitting you???
