Code Geass, along with Gundam is dominating every anime magazine ranking >___< It doesn't seem to slow down any time.[Poll #1204353][Poll #1204353]

No. 2 = Karen Kouzuki "Kallen Stadtfeld" ( Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion R2)
No. 3 = Izumi Konata (Lucky Star)
No. 4 = Rei Ayanami (Neon Genesis Evangelion)

New character Sheryl Nome from Macross Frontier is pretty hot and sure has the potential of going higher. I don't know what the hell Lacus's still doing in this ranking though o___O

I've always liked Kallen better than C.C. (to be perfectly honest I've rarely felt so powerful a hatred for a character as I do for C.C.) so of course I'd rather see Kallen in the top spot.

I personally prefer Kallen to C.C. (and like them both quite a lot!), but I think Cornelia is better than both of them put together. ...but, uh. Yeah. -_-;; And lol wrong comm, but Sumeragi from 00? I had no idea she was that popular!

I think it's inevitable if you really think about it. Geass has a HUGE character list (and growing every day!) and they NEED to get some character development to as many as possible, especially the important characters. R1 was a lot about C.C. and how she fits into the picture. R2 has less to do wiht her simply because nothing has really changed for her; she even said herself she doesn't particularly care what happens to the Black Knights as long as Lelouche stays alive.

Kallen, on the other hand, is having to completely rebuild how she sees the war and Lelouche/Zero. It would make sense that there is going to be needing sometime on her to explain how she is dealing with that. She also makes a good counter-weight to Anya and Gino, who Sunrise also has to develop so people will buy their merchandise. I bet we'll see a lot more of C.C. as we get to the end of the series and V.V. becomes more than just the man boy behind the curtain.

... I do enjoy watching Kallen's character development more than anything they've done with C.C. though. XD I just like crisis of faith stories.

I personally think Kallen deserves the top spot, she's doing more than CC and she's just eating fuckin' pizza and being a comic relief of sorts. She has no part in the storyline yet. Kallen has more onscreen time and I think she has better character development than CC. I love CC but Kallen is taking her place as my favorite Code Geass female.
