The one on the left side seems to be the costume she wore in the preview for episode 13.

C.C. looks so much prettier in these clothes than in her spacesuit. Wonder if Lulu finally buys some for her?

Lelouch only has 3 sets of clothing also: uniform, zero uniform, and one pair of personal clothing -- which Kallen and CC both borrowed ^o^'

i think the clothes are cute. but the right is unsuitable for wearing on the streets of area 11, it's not japan anymore
