The Kanon Effect

Does any one here have any information on the character of Kanon Maldini? Sadly, I don't know anything besides his name and the fact that he's a subordinate/ attendant of the 2nd Prince. Any further info on him would be much appreciated becauseI want to ship he and Schniezel like MAD XD  Can anyone help me?

I just realised that all of sweeter's Kanon and Scneizel/Kanon icons look like they're from some Disney movies O_o (esp the one above :P)
