I think these people are the same 5 people we see at the beginning of the episode sitting around a fire. 

Then again, my theorizing last time is put to doubt by the mentioning of Elizabeth III in the sub, another candidate for being the mother of the mighty Henry IX. They did confirm America as a colony to Britannia though.

I think it's more of a defence against China since it's so close. But you never know.... eventually, once Japan settles down? Britannia is probably still busy invading other countries and they seem to be fighting with the EU.

I guess this is where mao comes from so... there might be connections? anyhow I'm excited to see the next episodes! and Mao can use geass and kidnappes Nunally too, and appearently read minds?

it was in one of the magazines that someone scaned, the last one I think. It contained stuff for future episodes... and Mao kidnapped Nunally on one of them
