I saw Rai's pic in code geass lost colors guide book , then i remembered that i saw someone who look like him in code geass R2 ep12 in the following pic the silver haired guy (holding a hummer), it is Rai isnt it?

Why does Ashford Academy's middle school male uniform look so lame? It looks just like high school department's prototype male uniform (before they settled on the double rows of buttons). Meanwhile, actual design effort went into the middle school female uniform...

male uniforms are ALWAYS more boring than female uniforms. Just like male clothes are. Because you have alot more to work with in a female's wardrobe.
