I saw Rai's pic in code geass lost colors guide book , then i remembered that i saw someone who look like him in code geass R2 ep12 in the following pic the silver haired guy (holding a hummer), it is Rai isnt it?

It kinda looks like him, but I don't think it is. That guy's too manly (the wide shoulder) XD Rai's body seems a bit more lithe than the guy in the picture =O
