I saw Rai's pic in code geass lost colors guide book , then i remembered that i saw someone who look like him in code geass R2 ep12 in the following pic the silver haired guy (holding a hummer), it is Rai isnt it?

Even the hair style isn't that close actually. The eye and hair color are also way off.
