I saw Rai's pic in code geass lost colors guide book , then i remembered that i saw someone who look like him in code geass R2 ep12 in the following pic the silver haired guy (holding a hummer), it is Rai isnt it?

It would make sense that that's the middle school's male uniform, given that it's likely Anya's walking through a middle school hall at that moment.
